My family and friends know me as the “Queen” of side hustles and saving money. I’ve tried it all. Extreme couponing. Mystery Shopping. Online Surveys, you name it. So when I found out I was unexpectedly pregnant at 22 years old in my last year of college, I knew I had to strategize. Enter: Baby Registry bags.
In this post I am going to teach you which baby registries to sign up for so you can get free products for you and your baby, and how to get them.
The Value of Registry Bags
Now you might be thinking to yourself “I’m busy. Why should I waste my time signing up for Baby Registries?” I feel your pain. I was a fulltime student working during my pregnancy, and I often felt like I didn’t even have time to eat. However, I don’t regret investing those few minutes in signing up for these registries. In fact, I received so many free bottles that I haven’t even bought one for my son in his first three months of life. Also, the diaper and wipe samples are great to throw in your diaper bag.

The Target Baby Registry Bag
This was one of the easiest bags for me to get. All you have to do is sign up for a Baby Registry on Target.com. Then, walk into your closest local Target and ask for a Baby Registry Bag at customer service. They will ask you to sign in on their website and scan your registry barcode. After that, you will get your bag and be on your way. Super simple and NO purchase required. It also comes in a cute bag that I have been using for my groceries.
The Walmart Welcome Box
To get your Walmart baby Welcome Box, go to Walmart.com and create a baby registry. Then you can request your Welcome box and get it shipped to your door for FREE. it’s that simple.
My favorite item from the Walmart Welcome Box were belly Badges I could use to take pictures for my son’s milestones. They’re super cute!
The Buy Buy Baby Registry Bag
The buy Buy Baby Registry Bag also works like the Target one. Sign up for a registry at Buybuybaby.com, and walk into your local store to receive your bag. You will also receive a coupon at buybuybaby, which can be useful if you are shopping there for any baby products.

The Amazon Registry Bag
This registry bag is technically free if you are a prime member, but it requires some work.
First, you need to sign up for an amazon baby registry. Then, after completing 80% of your registry through adding products, and buying $10 worth in value off said list, you can request your bag. this $10 purchase can be made by you, or by someone else buying an item off your registry.
In Summary
